Unprofessional interview process. I had a promising first interview and was told to expect outreach to schedule a second round. I followed up with the interviewer and scheduler after hearing nothing but never received a response. Disappointing experience and poor communication.

I was asked a series of questions on the computer. Each question I was to record myself answering it. I had no knowledge of what the questions would be and was timed on my answers. I found it difficult as I didn't have another person to speak with to gauge on how my answers were going.
