I applied online. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Shawnee Mission, KS)
Interview
Biased. Felt like an interrogation with HR. Felt like mind was made up that I didn’t have enough experience even though I explained I align with the role responsibilities.
I have a wide variety of clinical and administrative experience over 20 plus years. I think I would have had a different experience in this situation if there was a different gatekeeper.
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.
