Very easy, hired from hiring event. Had an interview with staff panel, and then interim manager. Very personable and conservative, no clinical questions. Asked about my background and certifications, and why I want to work there.
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.

I had a call with the recruiter first. Then I had a panel interview in person with 3 people. It was the director, nurse manager, and a nurse on the unit.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
