Video interview invitations was sent by email. They have 4 practice questions and you can do it as many as you like. There are 3-4 interview questions and you have 30 secs to think about on each question. Once your answer was recoreded you can’t redo.

interview was via video call with 4 to 5 people from different unit. most of the questions were situational so be prepared to know basic pharm and nursing interventions. duration of the interview was around 15-20 mins.

Interview was held via Google Meets. It was a panel style with about 5 different people (hiring managers, recruiters, etc). There were basic, situational and scenario questions. (The scenario questions were specific to the unit being interviewed for.)
