Interview
Scheduled in-person interview with the nurse manager, education director, and the current charge nurse. Overall the interview was laid back and in the form of conversation. Each of the team members in the interview had some questions ready to ask. Everyone was very welcoming and kind!
The company representative was polite, timely and easy to talk to. Our conversation lasted approximately 15 minutes and I was very happy with the information provided including benefits, hiring process, onboarding process and information about what type of charting software is currently used.
