Applied and was called the same week. They do a phone interview with the nurse recruiter first and ask you multiple questions some about religion, some about experience. Then if they are interested they will set up a time to meet with a manager of the desired area. You then meet with the manager. They called me the next day and offered me the position. I had received multiple interview offers from multiple locations so I had originally said I need a few days to consider the offer to which they allowed however, I called back the same day and accepted the offer.
