First there was a Phone interview, which was followed by in person interview and writing sample. In the writing sample, you write about a research project you had or an obstacle you overcame. Very long interview, in total about three hours, and more than one person will interview you.

It is a pretty long interview process. They ask for a writing sample, so be prepared. Seem to be good people in the office and a good environment to be a part of.
