Advanced Urology interview questions

The first round is 30min phone call. And all of the questions are behavior questions and ask about the details of your work experience and project and some questions are ask based on the answers.

Really good interview process. Easy and well conducted. Had 2 different interviews and each one went well. Recruiters were approachable and easy to talk to. There was a preliminary conversation and then an in person interview with the department I was hired for.
