It's a very swift process. In-house recruiter call, 1:1 technical question (they give you a laptop), then a panel technical interview with a whiteboard. No textbook questions -- more about how you think and what you know. Not even a question about dependency injections, which seems to be all the interview question rage these days. I find it very pleasing. Everyone was really friendly and it was honestly as enjoyable as interviews go.
