It was a 30 minute interview, very quick - went through my portfolio & discussed project I would work on if hired. Hiring manager was very interested in my sustainability projects, knowledge and previous experience applying strategies during design process.

Pretty typical architectural designer interview process. Meet the hiring manager in-person and share portfolio and resume through own device. Mostly interested in the storytelling and software skillsets.
The office workflow is more Rhino-Revit workflow. And the digital design team heavily rely on grasshopper. Also do in-house rendering with Enscape and D-5.
