Although the interactions with HR were very positive since the very beginning the overall process lacks structure. I had 5 30-minute interviews (mostly with nice people) but they do not seem to have guidance on what/how to ask questions. Conversations were a bit random. I was honestly wondering how people would "vote" for a candidate during a debrief and in the end I realized this leaves a lot of room for judgemental calls and biased decisions. The feedback I received from HR was entirely related to one bad conversation I had with the person who made me realize I would not fit in that team/culture.
