I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Adobe (Raipur, Chhattisgarh) in Sept 2019
Interview
First there was an online test which included aptitude questions which were of medium level include maths questions like matrices etc. One coding question and one question to write pseudo code of and one question theory based question on IoT.
Then there was a telephonic interview in which he asked me extreme basic questions on OOPS and some Data Structure related questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
4 rounds of interviews. One includes running a discovery call and a peer interview. You also have to do a prospecting project in an attempt to book a meeting with a prospect (hiring manager). The hiring manager will not answer any calls and has their LinkedIn turned private so you can’t message them (it recommends LI in the prompt). Never got any feedback on the process. Ghosted me in the end.
Interview process was very confusing. Required a case study at the end. The interview started slow and was then ramped up quickly out of nowhere, then slowed down again. Seemed disorganized.
Pretty quick - recruiter reached out, had a discussion, then discussed with hiring manager to set up an initial technical screen. If tech screen was clear, next round was going to be on site with over 4-5 rounds with the team and cross functional teams
