I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Administrative Controls Management (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2025
Interview
The first phone interview with HR was excellent—well-structured, clear, and respectful. Unfortunately, the second-round interview was a very different experience. It was a panel of three people, and partway through, The owner left the interview without notice and did not return. The remaining two panelists continued and were professional in handling the technical and behavioral questions.
Some of the questions from the owner before she left were also unnecessarily pointed, focusing on why I had a few career moves in recent years in a way that felt dismissive rather than curious.
Overall, I left with a very negative impression. They insist they are not a staffing firm, but the structure of their business and the mandatory non-compete they require suggests otherwise. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I interviewed at Administrative Controls Management (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
An all rounded interview including behavioral, technical and culture fit, all at the same time with a panel of interviewers of four. Each interviewer dives in their area of expertise to check on interviewee's capacity. Very relaxed and approachable but one needs to prepare for basic technical questions.

Question 1
Can you describe a time you had to work on something new (from start to finish) to you with out much help and how did you accomplish it?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Administrative Controls Management in Jan 2021
Interview
Partially in person interview which covered the basic work experience. Nothing out of the normal there but the kicker is an extended assessment test to confirm if the process of critical path scheduling is something you understand. It is a test you can complete over multiple days if needed but is basically a paper and pen walk through of a basic schedule as oppose to using Microsoft Project or etc.
