Adiva Graphics interview questions

HR asks for the certificates and other credentials to join. But doesn't know about the salary. When I asked without fixing the salary, I wouldn't continue. They stopped responding. It was a candidate trap set up by them to manage candidates at a lower salary. The whole process took more than 4 months.

There interview process is average. HR person good. they take 3phase interview from me. before the joining i research about them. and see the review in glassdoor which is so bad. i also think about there working hour. when i asked them in interview they said it will be 8 hour or long. but now i understand there work culture. and declined there proposal. but there office environment is nice. and office staff also nice person. but there managment and policy is not good.
