Interview
The college first approves the resume and gives fair chance to the freshers. a small half an hour demo candidate has to give followed by defence. Further, HR round is done for the other college related formalities.

Question 1
As I applied for Assistant Professor position in Dept of Pharma chemistry the principal asked me about the SAR and the questions related to the demo only. Additionally they asked me about the softwares I know for the drug design.
