Adept Technology interview questions

- Initial meeting with recruiting company - In this stage i talked to a representative from a recruitment company. I spoke with her about my skills and responsibilities at my previous workplace's. - 4 Hour remote technical interview with company engineers - An in depth interview covering a range of skills and knowledge in c and c++ as well as some brain teasers. This was conducted over skype. - Follow up meeting with HR - Met with Adept HR to discuss Salary and living as i was moving from Australia to the USA. - Employment offer and Visa application process - Completed a wide range of documentation and applied to get an E3 visa. All of the hard stuff was handled by the Adept attorneys.

1st round, phone call with hiring manager. 2nd round, face-to-face with hiring manager. 3rd round, face-to-face with team, presentation on any technical topic. The hiring manager was enthusiastic, yet some team members were unprofessional and laughed and made faces during presentation; demonstrating a maturity level that of a 3rd grade kid. They obviously did not read the resume ahead as their questions were already answered on the resume. These people appear to be too locked up in their own importance. I'd suggest moving on to a shop that is mature and has a better planned product.
