Add Energy interview questions

One to one interview with business development manager then a presentation on a topic of my choosing to the EVP and the business development manager about one week after the initial interview. I was questioned before during and after the presentation.

Started with an online competition and group presentation testing. Followed by a casual meeting in person to expand on the job description and then a formal panel interview to review skill set.
