I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Adara Home Health
Interview
Phone interview, brief. Brought in for a phone interview the next day. Waited 10 minutes past the time, about a 20 min interview. Went well. Said would hear back the next week either way. Didn't hear back for a week, didn't have the contact for the person I interviewed with in person, so emailed the phone interviewer and did not receive a response. Super unprofessional.

Interview
Super easy, the girl who did my interview acted like she didn't care how I answered the questions. They were in need of anyone who was willing to work and I got hired.
I applied online. I interviewed at Adara Home Health in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied through online posting and was contacted same day to schedule an interview. I had to fill out an employment application once I arrived and also complete a self-assessment of my nursing skills. I wasn't terribly impressed with the professionalism of the office employees. Overheard a lot of gossip while in the reception area and thought that the appearance of several office staff members was unprofessional (skimpy clothing, multiple visible piercings, etc).
The interview was pretty straightforward. Typical WWYD questions, how would you handle xyz, etc. They offered me a job on the spot but couldn't give me an hourly pay rate until the manager was back in the office a few days later.
When they called with the pay rate, it was lower than the other offers and they were only offering hours with clients that needed overnight coverage. I declined the offer as I felt like they just wanted a warm body with a license and it didn't seem like they offered much in terms of training for complex clients.
