El proceso duró casi 5 semanas, con demasiadas fases. El trato fue muy poco acogedor, será porque en Inglaterra pega poco el sol. Recursos humanos tuvo trato agradable pero hubo un momento que estuve bastante tiempo sin noticias del proceso, y ya ni me acordaba de la empresa. Piden de ti muchas horas y luego al despedirse te dicen que sigas aprendiendo y ya.

Get ready to be robbed of your time and receive a sorry excuse of an offer after a very long series of interviews, a test with presentation, and a final call to go over your expectations. The interview questions are easy to very easy, especially for senior accounts. But this does not excuse scouting for highly trained specialists for high profile clients offering minimum net salaries while trying to top it off with a large gross amount and, hold on tight, 30 euro Christmas bonuses. The process is dragged for up 2 months, sprinkled with unannounced missed interviews, no replies when you are being told to expect a reply, no answer to followups, and, even worse, no clear idea of the outcome they want to achieve by filling this position.

Question 1
General questions related to your experience, previous clients, tools you work with, and they insist on question that ask or hint to whether you can do specialist tasks (content mainly as they cater to multiple markets). There is a test where they give you a client and ask you to analyze their current profile, make a strategy and a proposal for a particular budget under some particular conditions (current conversation rate and average order value). And after you present your proposal there is another meeting with the team and one more meeting with the hiring manager.
