Hr Interview first where its just basic introduction and they are actually getting to you beyond your CV, then Partner interview where you will asked law related questions to see how you know the law
It was an online interview with partners. It was not diverse at all. There was only one person of colour. I felt very sad that the day and age we live in, people of colour are still overlooked. The questions were political, and academic.
