The job was listed as a full-time position, but during the interview, I found out it was actually a freelance role. Had I known that earlier, I wouldn’t have spent time preparing or attending the interview. They were also offering a seemingly lucrative amount to attract candidates under the guise of a freelance opportunity, along with a promise of four weeks of paid leave. That said, the interviewer was nice and friendly throughout the conversation.

The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first interview lasted about 30 minutes and focused primarily on my CV. The interviewer, a relaxed and friendly woman, asked about my academic and professional background. The second interview was more in-depth and lasted approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. It focused on job-related case scenarios with a question-and-answer format about how I would handle specific situations at work.
