AdPeople interview questions

There were two rounds of interview. One with the Regional Talent Director and one with the General Manager. two rounds and followed by a job offer. Process took almost a month for a Junior role back then is considered rather lengthy.

The indiviuals I interviewed with are no longer with the company and I did not work with them. There were no questions about personality and I was basically hired on the spot.
