Require 2 hour SAT type assessment before you even have any type of interview. After reviewing the Glassdoor page, I'm glad I did not complete the assessments after an hour wasted.

Very one-sided process, I completed three interview stages with this company and never spoke to any one working there and was ultimately ghosted. First stage was a type of online IQ test, pretty simple and straightforward. The second was a one sided video screen, prompted to record an answer to behavior type questions. Have unlimited re-records and time to prepare your answer. Third stage was a take home exercise designing a system.
