Interview
There was an assignment that came in two parts where you have to design a storyboard and write about two drugs based on their PI. It requires a great deal of research. Following that, there were three on-camera interviews with various members of the team.

Rate your skill level with AI on a scale of 1 to 10.
Was very personable and friendly over the phone, but wanted a pretty extensive assessment lasting 3-4 hours. I thought that was atypical for this kind of role and too much for a first interview, let alone an interview in general.

Interview
Initial screening, followed by another interview. Take home project and writing samples follow interview. The project was confusing and it was unclear what was required. I was not sure if I as supposed to just make corrections or increase the document by several pages.
