Talk with the HR Recruiter - they will ask you about yourself as a self reflection, your goals, and why you would like to join the organization.
Do an Excel Test (Very Simple) - a lot of V-Lookups, nothing crazy.
Talk with the Manager for the position. - making sure that it's an okay fit for the organization.
