A simple excel exercise was conducted as a first round of interview, the exercise was focusing on sorting out data in related to the health sector. never heard back again from them after the assessment.

Did not have an interview besides the excel assessment.
OA (take home) -> Phone Screen (explain the results from OA) -> Several Team Interviews (Background questions, project explanation and why company). Interviewers were patient and nice, and they would like to further discuss team culture and their own understanding of projects.
the first interview is just the mobile call, and ask the questions about a small project, but there are some mistakes in this project and even the interviewer can't understand the project clearly!
