I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Acumen (Burlingame, CA)
Interview
Interview process was very slow. Applied online and heard back the next day. Was asked to submit a written test within a week. Completed the test and two weeks later was asked to do a phone interview, which was scheduled for two weeks after that. Two weeks after the phone interview, I was given another written test and invited in for an in-person interview three weeks later. The interview included a statistics test. A week later, I was told I didn't get the position (no additional explanation).
I had to take three tests, one of which I was never asked about or told how I did (I think they forgot they gave it to me). People I met were very nice and friendly (and young). The recruiting staff was very distant.

Questions were very straightforward. Why do you want to work at Acumen? Describe your experience with X qualification. All four interviewers asked the exact same questions.
Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Walk through specific projects from the past experience.
They have 4 rounds of interview, one is more like a written test ,where you get asked some statsiticals or basic math questions. there are 3 rounds face to face interview, mainly behavioral questions
Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
