      Programme Analyst Interview

      21 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Sheboygan, WI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acuity Insurance (Sheboygan, WI) in May 2015

      Interview

The in person interview was long (about ~4 hours), but it was very relaxed. They started by giving me a tour of the building, followed by an interview with the HR specialist who was very straight forward and honest with me. I then met with 2 separate groups of GMs and Managers, who were again very open about company. They were certainly interested in my qualifications, but also cared to learn about me as a person. They seemed to care as much about culture fit as my qualifications for the position. After meeting with the GMs/Managers I met with the VP of IT for about 5 minutes. This was followed by two timed tests. A math test and a logic test. Neither test was very difficult, just basics that any computer science major should know. After the interview it took about 2-3 weeks for them to respond.
