I was approached by Headway executive recruiterment for contract assignment with a medical device startup company. I accepted the invitation to meet with the senior management of Acufocus. I meet with Mr. Gary Sunsiri, director of manufacturing and mr Bruce Christie vice president of operations. One on one and then together . After the interview I was invited to return to speak with Mr Tom Silverstrini the CTO. After 5 minutes of Questions and Answers offered me a full time position on his team.
