One way interview and virtual interview. The one way interview has a time crunch on when you need to complete it. The retake is limited to only 2 which is ok, wish there was more.
Quick and Easy. Normal behavioral and work experience related questions. Not stuffy and a kind interaction. If you do good in a role they keep you in the system for first dibs on future roles
