Deliberate bait and switch. Shamelessly misleading in the companies commitment to keeping their W2 employees working, "as there is always another project we will transfer you to- to minimize the income downtime when one assignment ends. We value our employees and do not consider you "temporary employees" so we make keeping existing reps "working" a priority."
Also, they reeled me into the opportunity by offering a wage of $20/hr by way of a $16/hr base and an additional $4 for a wellness bonus.....then after one month-suddenly that project was ending and the only other wages for any of their projects was $15 or less. Then when you apply.....you get overlooked, even when you were in good standing and fully qualified. I was denied 7 jobs over the next 6months.....maybe it was something I said? lol
