Relaxed interview, not a lot of pressure. Could be a con though…as easy to get into. This industry need people who actually value the safety and life of others who are vulnerable

Question 1
How do you make sure their life is being lived to the fullest?
We’re sorry to hear about the experience you had with us.
We value the safety of the people we support, our staff are trained thoroughly on how to provide care to a high standard and have constant support should they require. As a result, we’re confident that the vast majority of our staff are happy working for Active Prospects: last year we received an Outstanding rating in the national Best Companies survey, which was based solely on feedback from our staff.
We do have processes in place for staff to raise concerns or give feedback. Where staff do have concerns we want to hear them, so we can learn and improve as an organisation. We would encourage you to get in touch with us directly, so we can understand the concerns you’ve raised better and act on them. You can do this by emailing us on HR@activeprospects.co.uk.
