Initial communication very good prior to interview. Travelled 80 miles round trip for interview, No communication following interview despite contacting the recruiter directly for feedback after two weeks of waiting. For a professional role this is disappointing.

Interview
No HR screening, expected to travel to London for first interview, which isn’t efficient as you drag people to London without going through your experience first and then get a general rejection email after chasing HR.
Very informal and quick. Very little structure to the interview, was only myself and one member of staff from Active Care Group. Should have been a warning sign for the lack of professionalism to come.
