I was contacted the next day after submitting an application asking me to participate in a virtual interview. I had initially not responded to the offer however the company was very persistent in getting me to accept the job and contacted me a second time offering me the job without the virtual interview. I spoke briefly with an HR rep who offered me the job right away.
