I was contacted by a member of the data science team for a phone interview shortly after sending in my resume. During the interview, the guy spent most of the time talking about the company rather than asking questions about my experience or any technical questions.

Quickly after my application, they called me for an initial technical screening. Question was in Coderpad. Same day, they told me to continue with another interview. After a few days though, they cancelled the second interview because positions were filled.
