Approached via LinkedIn, followed up with a short video call with two directors and then an in person meeting with the another director and someone from HR. Overall it was very smooth and a relaxed process.

They wanted me to show that I did my homework I guess, so asked about the company and how I would improve it. Also what I thought my strengths and weaknesses are, and why I like PR.
