Initially apply for the role through a recruitment agency. Attended the first stage interview (online video call) which I was so worried about but ended up being the opposite of what I expected! I met with the manager who was really friendly, and I felt we got on very well within the interview and she gave me some great feedback and offered a second interview. I waited a few days for the recruiter to confirm and she confirmed I would be going to the second stage. We went back and forth with a few dates, and the person I was meant to be seeing went on sabbatical. It has now been more than 6 weeks since the first stage, and I’ve given up hope. I’m really disappointed as I really related to the company ethos and values and feel I would have been a great fit. The recruitment process and feedback times took a while and I was left high and dry
