Easy and straightforward. It wasn’t difficult. The interview was more about learning how your career interests align with the job. The interview had simple questions and didn’t take long. The interviewer made the process comfortable with clear questions and open dialogue.

I was lied to and advised that this would be a great position for me. The manager told me I would be able to work from home and only spoke about the "flexibility" of the position, not the extensive workload.
