Interview was fairly straightforward. It was group interview depending on how many people applied. Question were simple nothing too crazy. You'll usually have different ace managers from various locations come to the interview because they're searching for new hires for their location

How would you handle a situation where the customer was being unreasonable?
A phone call or in-person takes about 15 minutes and you will usually get the job on the spot. Very simple questions just to try to understand if you can do the basic tasks of the position.

Interview
Meet at the headquarters in downtown. Big group style interview. Hotel managers sit on a panel and ask random people questions about themselves and past work experience. It's really easy. They usually go around the room and ask you to introduce yourself to the group. It is pretty laid back and you are given plenty of time to think of an answer.

Interview
The interview process was broken into two parts. The first one was a group interview followed by a one on one interview with the division manager. For the group of interview, it consisted around 7 people and two interviewers.
