This was by far the worst experience I've had interviewing. They were very unorganized with their interview scheduling. For my first interview, I received an email about the Zoom meeting. The following evening, the evening before my first interview, I received a text message asking if I would attend the interview. Responded with yes. On the day of my interview, I looked at the text and my email. I noticed the Zoom meeting rooms were different and had two different meeting IDs. After they did not attend either of the meetings (I waited 15 minutes after the scheduled time), I notified them that I would like to reschedule.
After rescheduling, I had my first interview. I was invited to my second interview and received no Zoom meeting information. In order for me to get the meeting link, I had to text them. They responded and give me me the meeting information 5 minutes past my scheduled interview time.
Going through the second interview was a nightmare. As the interviewee, I led the conversation like the decision-maker. There would be a period after responding to the interviewer's comments, in which 15 to 20 seconds would go by in silence.
Most of the questions I asked (5 total) went unanswered. The second interview ended not with a goodbye or thank you. It ended because the meeting ran out of time.
This company is nothing but red flags. I would stay far, far away.
