I applied Then I got a call from the recruiter with a brief introduction about the company and walk-through the resume and then scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was easy,some basic questions about coding. it lasted for around 30 mins. Then they contacted me telling me that I successfully passed the phone interview and now I will receive a code test which is basically code refactoring and bug fixing and adding a functionality to one of the buttons in the program. The test was not timed and there was no deadline to submit the code. I submitted the code in the following weekend and no reply. Few days later I emailed the recruiter asking about the updates so she sent me a generic rejection mail. I sent her an email asking her about the reason of rejection for future reference, but i didnt receive a reply.

Phone interview, code test, in person interview in order. The phone interview was some specific and easy questions. The code test was a C# test that asked you to make fixes and refactor. The in person test involved the whole support team and was some coding questions and some personality sort of questions, with a logic puzzle thrown in.
