First round is a pre-screening interview with the Talent Acquisition team. Questions focus on previous work history, current availability, and why candidates want to work there. Second round was with the department's HR manager and team supervisor.
Completed a phone interview. The questions were simple focusing on experience in the field, availability, and what does "person-centered" mean to you? I followed up thanking the interviewer for their time. I followed up again a week later. I got an email saying they've decided not to go through with me, which was ok.

Interview
Very straightforward. Usually interviewed by client service provider about clients needs and what day-to-day tasks will consist of. I believe there is only one interview during the process, as the company doesn't usually interview candidates itself.
