Very quick, 2 interviews + offer same day. Both the recruiter & hiring manager were very nice, no complaints there. I turned down the offer because they are requiring the vaccine even for remote workers despite OSHA saying it’s not necessary/exempt for remote personnel. I’m just not willing to give a job (especially one where I will never physically see my co-workers) any authority to determine what medical care I need. Definitely an overreach on Accolade’s end.

I was reached out to by a recruiter shortly after I applied on their website. I was able to set up a phone interview quickly, which lead to a video interview a few days later. There was an assessment that needed to be done prior to interview which was timed and in my opinion timed horribly especially when you are trying to figure out what its asking you to do. In my opinion it just shouldn't have been timed so that didn't go well for the first few questions and could be the reason I didn't get an offer. The video interview was two role playing and a few behavioral questions which went well. But in the end I did not get the position. Currently waiting a call as to why because I felt the interview itself which should matter the most went well and I am more than qualified for this position with over 10 years experience on the phones. Greatful for the opportunity nonetheless.
