Interview
The skype call was upfront and friendly. We talked about my education and experience; and why did I applied to this position. They informed me about the company, their culture, aims and also about the role. The requirements and tasks of the role were clear. Another thing I also appreciate a lot was the working hours and the hourly wage was clearly stated from the beginning. To be honest I felt more interested in the position after the call.
Two-three days after the skype call they invited me to their office for a face to face interview. They showed me around and I had interview with two other people from HR. During the interview they were friendly and encouraging. It felt really easy to explain my ideas because they were really receptive towards my answers. They asked me about my education and my previous experiences, what I have learned from them, why I want to work with them and why I am interested in working at HR. They also asked questions related to my current master studies and how I could implement my knowledge from there to the work I want to do for them.
I felt connected even throughout the interview and it was a really positive experience in general. In all stages of the interviews interviewers were friendly and understanding which made it easier for me to express myself. This is really important for me because as a student I do not have much interview experience.

The whole interview process was really smooth and fast, I really enjoyed my talk with the recruiter. I did not get the job, however I still got the response in a personalized manner and fast. The company and the position were described to me fully.
