It takes 2-4 interviews for certain positions. Preparation is key to pass each step. The interview questions is usually typical. For the EC position after the interview, you might get a written component as well. (such as commenting on a CV)

Why are you interested to work in this type of work?
There are two rounds interview with the company; the first one is phone interview, and another one is in person interview in their office. Interviewers are friendly, and the interview lasts forty five minutes to one hour.
