Good interview with knowledgeable manager. I felt like she cared about my background and wanted me to succeed with her company. 30 word minimum is really dumb. I don't have that much to say about a job interview for a retail sales position.

I started work the day of the interview. If they like you, you work immediately. Makeup was required for women and business casual was required or you would be sent home. Keeping up appearances was one of the top priorities.

Two interviews, different people each time. One person asked why I wanted this job and another asked if I was in school, attendance and poignancy was priority.

Interview
Went in to store on a Thursday, met with district manager for about an hour, basically talked about my previous experience and what I knew about the company. He told me what the job entailed and how the hours and pay went. A couple hours later I got an email to accept for them to run a background check, next day I got an email to take a drug test that Friday, on Tuesday he called me to do observation and start on Wednesday.
