Pretty simple, interviewers seem to be more interested in your attitude and personality rather than technical knowledge, questions are generally geared towards EQ aspect.
As for the overall process, you will first reach the office and fill in some form which includes technical interview questions stated below. Subsequently, interviewer will come into the room to begin the interview. Took abt an hour for the interview.
More like a chitchat session rather than a serious interview.
It’s an average level of interview which requires you to answer another set of technical questionnaire. It is fine for me. However, what makes this bad interview experience could be the interviewer - audit partner. Feeling insulted, low-esteem after the interview. Please don’t judge if you don’t know the person very well.
