Easy face to face interview with Apparel manager and team lead. They take you into their back room and ask you basic questions about what you do personally and then they move on to question about working at Academy. After you are done; you wait for a few minutes outside the room while they make their final decision. Honestly, just being yourself and having prior experience in any customer service is probably the key.

Went smoothly with the interview. they didn’t ask to many questions and asked about availability. the managers and working associates were kind and it’s a double interview, but not group interview
Many questions involved regarding your personal life and questions within the workplace. Was interviewed by one person. Interviews are all about conversation and not being a robot when talking to the interviewer.
