Had one interview with the team lead and manager. Asked basic behavioral questions that I found difficult because this was my first job.They left room to discuss decision and I was offered position on the spot.
Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
