The process took long and had some confusion, 2 different recruiters were assigned for the same position. After the phone interview with the recruiter, I was interviewed by a senior analyst because there wasn't a manager in place yet. She asked me questions and I thought I answered well (because she had positive responses to my answers). I later found out I was not going to be moved to the next stage and the feedback given by the recruiter was that I lacked experience. But I thought the interviewer drew the conclusion based on the assumption. I don't think she asked me the right questions to assess my level of skills.
